Vacuette® Z Serum Sep Clot Activator Venous Blood Collection Tube, 3.5 mL

Gold-capped and built around CAT clot activator with separator gel, this 3.5-mL Vacuette® serum tube spins down to a stable barrier between serum and clot, giving chemistry and serology a clean sample in 13 x 75 mm PET.

The separating gel migrates to the serum-clot interface during centrifugation, walling off fibrin and cells so the serum stays pure for analysis. Its gold pull cap opens gently and signals the additive at a glance. Available by the pack or the case below.
