Medela's PersonalFit™ breast shield connector channels milk from shield to bottle and attaches easily to every size of PersonalFit™ and PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield, keeping the discontinued Pump In Style® Advanced pumping long after its retirement.

Note the fit before you buy: these connectors work with the Pump In Style Advanced but not with MaxFlow, Freestyle, Freestyle Flex, Harmony, Sonata, or Swing pumps. For moms keeping an older kit alive, a spare or two saves scrambling mid-week — pack quantities are in the dropdown.
