One stretchy mesh pant, many jobs: McKesson knit pants hold incontinence liners, pads, or even wound dressings firmly in place, or wear comfortably on their own for lightweight, dignified coverage.

The 84% polyester, 16% spandex weave stretches to fit real bodies — the Large accommodates waists up to 56 inches — and though technically disposable, each pant can be reused before it's retired. Large, X-Large, and 2X-Large options are ready in the menu above.
