Excyte® vacuum blood collection tubes draw a precise 1 milliliter directly from the patient with a standard needle holder, their closed-system design and pre-filled 3.2% sodium citrate diluting the sample automatically while limiting blood exposure.

Direct draw removes the manual transfer step for erythrocyte sedimentation rate testing, cutting handling and the risk that comes with it. The irradiated 8 by 120 millimeter glass tubes arrive sterile, 50 to a box, each ready with 0.28 mL of citrate for automatic dilution.
