Built on the classic Jaffe chemistry, this two-part Ace® creatinine reagent pairs sodium hydroxide with picric acid so the Ace and Ace Alera analyzers can gauge kidney function from a routine sample.

Creatinine is a cornerstone of renal assessment, and this kit keeps it running with three 30 mL containers of sodium hydroxide and three 9 mL of picric acid. Together they cover about 560 tests on the Ace platform, a strong yield for a high-frequency chemistry.
